- What counts toward the monthly cap?
- Only bookings that are pending or confirmed. If you reject a booking or a guest cancels, it doesn't consume quota. The cap is per-listing — each listing has its own count.
- What happens when I hit the cap?
- New booking attempts on that listing are turned away with a friendly message saying the listing is at its monthly limit. The listing stays visible — only new bookings are blocked, and only until the 1st of the next month. We'll email you both at 80% used and the moment a real booking gets turned away.
- Do I have to pay before billing is live?
- No. Until billing is wired up, no one is charged — listings simply hit their free-tier caps. The cleanest way to guarantee unlimited bookings today is to grab one of the founding-member slots.
- I have multiple listings — what should I subscribe to?
- Pro (personal) at $20/month covers every listing you own personally — your CFI listing plus all your aircraft and flight listings, no per-listing add-ons. If you operate as a flight school, club, or anything with multiple admins or CFIs working together, Pro (operator) at $50/month covers everything the operator owns and is the right fit.
