1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Floks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Floks service

Floks is a marketplace platform that connects pilots and aviation enthusiasts with certified flight instructors and aircraft operators. Floks does not provide flight instruction or aircraft rental directly. All arrangements, payments, and agreements are between the user and the CFI or operator.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any flight activity arranged through Floks complies with applicable FAA regulations and airspace requirements. Floks does not verify the certifications, insurance, or airworthiness claims of listed CFIs or aircraft.

4. Listings

CFIs and operators who list on Floks are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including availability, pricing, and aircraft specifications. Floks reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

Floks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floks shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Floks after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
